Canada day come and gone. spent the day first seeing Charlie's angels, then for a party at xiphia, lrt512, and kulhmann's house. Charlie's angels was ridiculous, hokey, over the tap, preposterous, absurd, ridiculous, overblown, overdone, but really quite a lot of fun. This was quite honestly, the most over the top action film I have ever seen. No sense of realism is even attempted here. My only beef was it was too loud, I found it actually painful on my ears. Drew Barrymore is still HOT, and I had honestly forgotten just how attractive Demi Moore is. She;s a little skinny perhaps, but she has a look in her eyes that could pin me to the bed by staring at me, damn!

The party itself was lovely. There was a ncie crowd, the bbq was coooking, the hot tubbing was bubbling, kuhlmann's dog was charming, the fireworks were dazzling (though too short), Helen was beguiling, Nesia was entrancing, the company was inviting. A pleasant evening all things considered, even if Matilda_z's hubby never did get that Marvel superheroes trivia game going.

Back to work after 5 days off. 3 day work week ahead of me, overtime schedule done for now, life's all right.

Ever had a Brio? It's an italian soft drink, it's weird stuff. I find I want one on a rare occasion, like once a month, if that, then I don't want to touch it for the longest time, then I kind of want one again.

It's a strange tasting drink.
