While house hunting, I am searching for houses with low maintenance fees. <$100 a month would be nice, <$300 is really my ceiling for even considering it.

To then find a unit with $993/month condo fees made my eyes nearly pop out. I was sure it had to be a typo. Seriously...if you're going to pay that much in condo fees...why bother buy the place. Just rent.
