Well I fenced. Three times in fact. Each time, I called it quits earlier than I needed to (wasn't tired yet) on the basis that I have been fencing, I dodn't break anything yet, let's pause, stretch and see if everything's ok. Everything was. Good signs all around. I did plenty of stretching beforehand, always adviseable. I feel good about it. I will have to do more on Sunday.

Tonight, I go see Tommy with Helen. He's a pinball wizard you know.
