Want to tell him what you are outraged about? Feel free
"Canadians are generally outraged and disgusted by the decision and the acquiescence of the prime minister, who does not speak for them and certainly doesn't speak for me,"I saw red. How dare he! How dare he make such a sweeping statement, or believe he has the authority to comment on how canadians generally feel! No doubt he has had letters from constituents that oppose the bill, fine, they are welcome to write to him with their views. I suspect he has letters that support it as well, but I'm guessing. No way in hell has gotten feedback that gives him the right to say that we as a nation are "generally outraged". I actually doubt very much that he can claim for certain a majority of his own constituents are outraged. Has he personally heard from enough of them to know that for certain? .... maybe, my guess is he has an opinion, and he has enough letters that support him that he feels justified in extrapolating. Yes I am guessing, but he's doing a whole load of that himself.
