Several of us spoke of going, so I hope to see you all there. Hopefully sell outs won't be an issue....I hope. All are welcome. It's a bit last minutes, but let's see what we can do. [livejournal.com profile] tao_of_erec is coming, so if you didn't say goodbye to him last night, here's another chance. [livejournal.com profile] carlin, please do feel free to join us. [livejournal.com profile] buttongirl and I will be there in any case, see you those of you who can make it.

I thought I would try and organize it a bit more. I am not sure if this will be a line up movie, or whether we can just go in and find our seat. I figure that Helen and I would shoot to get to the theatre 6:00-6:15 or so. We will wait in the lobby area for other people until 6:30 and then one of us would go try and claim some seats. Since we don't know how many are coming, we will probably just shoot a number out and grab them. Of the people that expressed direct interest, plus the maybes, I am thinking a half dozen are a distnct possibility, maybe a bit more. If you want to come, and weren't there last night to discuss it, you are most welcome, however drop me a message here so I can drop you in my mental tally.

What the *bleep*

For when cremation is not enough. I can't decide if this is a really neat idea, or horridly morbid. It's definitely interesting though.

Sky Captain *RULED*. What a great film! I loved it. I recommend it. Go see it! The computer animation was sharp, and suited the theme perfectly (just one spot where I noticed the animation rather than the illusion is was making for me). The theme itself was glorious. I love that retro sci-fi feeling. The plot was good, the dialog was a hoot, the action was great.........I really liked this film
