Helen's bean salad - the green olive bits that I picked out + the feta cheese I crumbled on top = best.salad.ever

I have decided on a new approach. I am simply denying I am tired. Instead of lazing about feeling tired, I have decided to conduct my day as if I weren't. I am piledriving my way through to the end. I was out and about this morning, doing some reading in the rain this afternoon (wel...in the house, in the rain), and I am going out drinking in the market this evening with someone I asked out, and there's not a damn thing any tired state can do to stop me. We'll see if I still end up crashing, but I am going to operate like it's not an issue.

Another thought occurred to me. I have been involved in a project at home that has me somewhat hunched over a table for the last week or 2 (not all the time, but a little bit each night). Maybe I am putting stress on my spine, affecting my energy levels. I have been giving extra thought today on sitting up straight and proper, good posture, and gently giving doing some back stretches. I wonder if some chiropractic would help any.
