4:30 at some mall in Oakville

I attended a Beltaine party here in town last night which was underattended due to weather. Why is it that so many canadians will forge through a mountain of snow in mid-winter, but consider a stiff rain as impassabble? I'm meeting aother friend of mine this evening and will head back tomorrow.
