I have concluded that I feel fairly good about my biking...I frequently pass people, keep a good pace, and can more or less sustain that pace. I am not feeling as good about running. I don't feel I am making particular progress, getting faster, going longer...whatever. I remain at about half an hour for 5km (actually, having checked my route again, I think it's actually about 4 and 3/4 km...close), and have never really improved on that...I think I have a technique problem. There is probably some running technique that I need to learn, that I don't know, something to do with how I plant my feet, how I push off...I don't know. I need to look into those running clubs maybe. I am not sure I have time to fix this between now and my test in just under 2 weeks (eek). I may yet be able to pull it off...and then again, I may yet embarrass myself and not even get half way.
