Sep. 1st, 2008 01:10 pmwho has used someone like the Running Room to help work towards a longer run? As much as I've done 5km (and with one thing and another, I haven't even done that for a couple of weeks at least now), I've ramped it up to 10km. I always feel just kind of .... done after 5km. I think I'd benefit from working on upping that with some form of running clinic/group.
