pictorHmpf! Apparently half the staff of the furniture store is on vacation until Jan. 30, including the owner. The guy I talked to seems to be clinging to the same excuse that my signature is on the order form, but it's sitting there underneath this...

Now you tell me, unless they dissect that and explain each component (which they say they did, and they in fact did not), am I supposed to know what that means? I should have forced them to dissect it I suppose, but I didn't and they didn't and that's just the way of it. So now I wait for a phone call on Jan. 30. They did however get my e-mail, hopefully they even read it. They did not however call me when they got it.
