Apr. 8th, 2003 10:10 amBrought my car in for it's service on the door today. My rental replacement is a Nissan Pathfinder (they had no cars big enough for me to fit in properly). What a bloody road hog, I am just not used to this fat bastard. I am driving an SUV, I feel kind of dirty. I don't like driving a vehicle this big, I don't like the gas this will cost me, I don't like automatics, I don't like the feeling that the momentum will catch some black ice and cause me to squish some little compact in front of me.
On the plus side, it has a 6 cd changer, TOO COOL, I loaded it up with the 4 cds I actually brought with me (left the rest in the other car), and I just flip back and forth in between them. It also has a track and volumn changer built into the steering wheel, which I though was cool until I bonked it twice while steering, flipping tracks. It's also in the exact same place as the cruise control on my car. It's a neat feature if I live with it, but in the next couple of days, it might be annoying.
Rehearsed the kaddish, the hebrew funeral song for the play again yesterday. I think I have it all memorized, go me!

It may not be that bad in the end. Since jews would likely have a prayer book, they may actually let us have the words on stage in little books, but I feel I should memorize it anyways.
