Nov. 5th, 2003 11:49 amSo the third and last Matrix is upon us. I saw #1 and #2 by way of recap over the weekend with
blue_stocking (for whom I can't figure out a new nickname, so I'll just use the full name). The first is still a wonderful movie, the second is still a bit wonky, although I did understand it a little better. I can now see 1 of 2 scenarios they will use to resolve the third movie, I'll see which one. I think I will enjoy it mind you, but I hold judgement as to whether it can live up to the hype. All the same, big fun movie, lots of friends, dessert after at Moxie's (which I am tempted to grant as the best desserts in the city), a nice evening in the making.
It's leaving the week pretty packed. If I want to do fencing on Sunday, and we have guests arriving on Friday for the weekend, I need to find time for...
-getting materials to set up my heraldry station on Saturday (I may man a table to let people work on their forms rather than fence)
-continue to pick ceramic/wood/counter/rug colours for the house....this may just have to wait until next week.
-get ready to be herald at baronial court...gotta e-mail K+M, still haven't heard from them
-make sure I'm ready to do sewing on Sunday morning with Brand
*shrug*, it'll all work out.
