Caulking in the nude.

Did you know the best way to caulk a bathtub, is to fill it with water, then get in, then go to it? You need the weight in the tub as the caulk sets. I re-caulked the tub, and the seam at the wall and ceiling which was overdue. The seal wasn’t good anymore, and there was some small cracks at the ceiling that doesn’t look good while selling a house.

Odd comment of the day. While in bodypump this morning, the instructor was admonishing one of the women in the class to stick her but further back during the squats. “Further back…the guy behind you will love you for it”. That guy…being me. I try hard not to stare at Goodlife classes. There are many very nice butts, shoulders, tight shirts….but it’s not the place for it, and I try and steadfastly stare at the instructor so to not make anyone uncomfortable. Of course….that made me stare straight at the butt….briefly, and then crack up laughing. This is my favourite instructor at goodlife. She’s…..spunky, she has attitude, and sometimes says somewhat irreverant things. She also can get me to push myself harder than anyone else. She has this attitude of “don’t you dare stop know when there are only 8 reps left”.
