I’m stewing rhubarb

I LOVE stewed rhubarb, so why have I never bothered to make any? It’s bloody easy, and soooo tasty.

Did day 1 of a 2 day first aid course at work today. I did a 1 day course last year run by thirstysmurf, but this one is going into much greater detail, including sample scenarios with some of us acting victims. I had forgotten a lot of last year’s course, and much of it is coming back to me here. I also decided that I am damn well finally going to put a first aid kit in my car. It’s an easy addition….why not. I may never need it, but it’s so easy to pick up a simple kit, and just toss it in the trunk or glove box.

Fire extinguisher too. 10 years driving a car, and I’ve never had an extinguisher in there. How stupid is that?
