I came in 23rd out of 133 try-a-tri participants (including all ages), 7:21 behind the leader. I was in 15th place looking at just the bike. 67th place if you look at just the swim, but I find that number very flawed, as it includes time to line up at the block, and a short wait before you are allowed to dive in, and I had to wait 10-15 seconds while the person ahead of me got out, and I got dressed for the bike while still inside the pool building, which I think delayed my crossing the timer mat that was outside.
