Just saying. Took another look today, and realized that the linoleum stairs are only down into the basement, the stairs up, are wood. It’s not fancy, but it’s good, it looks solid, the appliances seem new (except the stove), it’s a good spot.

I think it’ll do just fine. I’ll post a few shots later.

You will enjoy, I expect, the proximity to Bayshore (mall & transitway) You will also be a short walk to visit a Pony, should the mood strike you.
Minto people are mostly easy to work with. I think congrats are definitely in order.
